Overview
This policy describes cancellation and offboarding for subscription-style website services from Coral Coast Web. It works together with your checkout summary, proposal, or written agreement and our Terms of Service. If anything conflicts, the terms in your signed or accepted agreement control.
Monthly billing plans
Minimum commitment: Monthly plans include a six (6) month minimum commitment. During those first six months, your subscription continues on the billing cycle you selected unless we agree otherwise in writing.
After six months: Plans continue month-to-month. You may cancel with thirty (30) days' written notice, measured from when we acknowledge your request by email (or as stated in your agreement).
How to request cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@coralcoastweb.com. Please include your business name, the email you used for billing if different, and your desired last service date (subject to notice and commitment rules above).
Verbal requests alone are not sufficient to start a cancellation timeline; we rely on a dated written record for both parties.
Transfer fees if you cancel early
If you cancel or stop paying during an applicable commitment period, or you request a full site transfer off our hosting before we have recovered the agreed build investment through subscription payments, a one-time transfer fee may apply. Amounts depend on how many months you have been on a monthly plan when you exit, as summarized below. These fees reflect unrecovered build cost—not a penalty beyond that framework.
| When you cancel (monthly plan) | Transfer fee |
|---|---|
| Months 1–2 | $999 |
| Months 3–4 | $599 |
| Months 5–6 | $399 |
| After 6 months | $299 |
Annual billing: If you are on an annual plan and request transfer or cancellation consistent with your agreement, the transfer fee is $299 unless your contract says otherwise.
Annual plans & refunds
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the term. Once your build has commenced (we have started substantive design or development work on your project), annual fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing by Coral Coast Web.
If you cancel near the end of a paid term, services end on the date agreed in writing; we do not owe a refund for unused portions of the term unless we say otherwise in your agreement.
What happens after cancellation
After the effective date, recurring hosting, maintenance, and support under your plan end unless we agree to a separate arrangement. You remain responsible for fees owed through that effective date, including any agreed transfer fee before we release files or assist with migration.
You retain ownership of your content and materials you supplied. Delivery of exports or handoff steps may depend on account standing and any outstanding fees, as described in your agreement or on our Pricing page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of paid services after updates may constitute acceptance where permitted by law; material changes to existing subscribers will be communicated in a reasonable manner (for example by email).
